At Skote Clothing Co. Ltd., we work hard to get your gear packed and shipped as quickly as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how shipping works, including timelines and important information for international orders.





Order Processing



  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • During high-volume periods (product launches, sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.






Shipping Locations



We currently ship from Canada to:


  • Canada
  • United States
  • Select international destinations (where available at checkout)






Shipping Rates



  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and selected shipping method.
  • Any shipping promotions or free shipping offers will be clearly displayed at checkout.






Customs, Duties & Import Fees (Important)



For orders shipped outside of Canada, including the United States:


  • Orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees upon delivery.
  • These charges are set by the destination country’s customs authority and/or the carrier.
  • Skote Clothing Co. Ltd. does not collect, control, or receive these fees.
  • The customer is responsible for any additional charges required to release the shipment.



We recommend checking with your local customs office or carrier if you’re unsure whether these fees may apply.





Refused or Undeliverable Shipments



  • If a shipment is refused, returned, or undeliverable due to unpaid customs fees, incorrect address, or failure to collect the package:
    • The order is not eligible for a refund.
    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • If the item is returned to us, we may offer re-shipping at the customer’s expense, subject to availability.






Delivery Times



Estimated delivery times vary by location and carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs processing, weather, or carrier issues are outside of our control.





Lost or Delayed Packages



  • Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timelines are managed by that carrier.
  • If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist with a carrier inquiry.






Incorrect Addresses



Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Skote Clothing Co. Ltd. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
